With over 30 years of leadership in media and technology, Sean brings deep experience as a transformation-focused CEO to his work as a consultant, mentor, and executive coach—helping leaders and organizations thrive through change. As CEO of MakeMusic, he led a successful turnaround that culminated in a NASDAQ/Paris Internet IPO. At Google, he held several executive roles, scaling business and technology operations across EMEA before transitioning to focus on executive coaching and organizational development. Known for fostering trust, driving results, and enabling flourishing cultures, Sean brings board-level insight from both public and private companies to advise on leadership and governance during critical transitions.

A seasoned practitioner, Sean coaches CEOs and senior teams, facilitates large-scale interventions, and is a lead facilitator at EVH, a humanistic leadership association. He is an EMCC Senior Practitioner and Ashridge-accredited coach and supervisor. Sean began his career at McKinsey & Company in Toronto after writing for The Economist.
