Sara Roberts is a leadership advisor, facilitator, and executive coach who partners with senior teams to lead with purpose, shape culture, and drive meaningful change. She’s worked with CxOs at a quarter of the Fortune 100—as well as other major brands and institutions—helping leadership teams align, get unstuck, and move forward on their biggest challenges.

Sara founded Roberts Golden, a boutique consultancy acquired by EY, where she co-created and launched a global Purpose-Led Transformation practice. Most recently, she served as Director & Head of Organization Development and Talent at Google, supporting teams behind some of the company’s most-used products, including Search, YouTube, Ads, and Gemini.

She’s the author of Nimble, Focused, Feisty: Organizational Cultures that Win in the New Era, a keynote speaker, and a certified executive coach through UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Outside of work, Sara loves traveling with her husband and son—whether it’s a spontaneous weekend escape or exploring new corners of the world. She’s always up for a good local food find and a long conversation around a dinner table with friends.
