Matthew believes organizations, teams, and leaders are often overwhelmed by the complexity and turbulence of today’s business environment. With 30 years of experience in consultation, facilitation, change management, and team coaching, he helps leaders find clarity, regain footing, and move forward through uncertainty.
He has supported C-suite executives, managers, and teams across functions—engineering, sales, operations, finance, IT, legal, healthcare, retail, startups, and the arts. At Google, Matthew led organization development consultants supporting teams across the enterprise and has deep expertise in developing HR business partners.
Matthew holds a Master’s in Organization Development and is a skilled presenter and facilitator. He has designed and led hundreds of meetings and offsites to clarify mission, improve goals, roles, processes, and team dynamics. His specialty is fostering psychological safety. He’s certified in organization design, facilitation, leadership development, and assessments like MBTI, DiSC, Insights Discovery, and the Enneagram.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys board games, hiking, drawing, and improv. He lives in El Cerrito, CA with his two sons.
