David brings over 25 years of experience helping organizations, teams, and individuals achieve greater performance by applying as much rigor and vigor in their behaviors, talent systems, and culture as in their numbers. Over his many years in senior roles with premier global leadership consultancies Development Dimensions International (DDI) and Personnel Decisions International (PDI, now part of KF), he has advised boards and executive teams at some of the world’s largest multinationals on a wide range of talent matters. David's expertise spans talent management strategy, organizational culture, business and leadership development. He has coached hundreds of board members, CEOs, and senior leaders—particularly those stepping into new or high-stakes roles—across diverse industries. His coaching approach is structured and engaging, grounded in contemporary insight, and enriched by historical and artistic detours that offer the perspective often missing in the distinct, yet not unique, moment we're in.

David holds a Master of Arts in International Business from Rennes School of Business in France. Originally French and now Swiss, he lives with his wife and their teenage twin daughters in the Zurich countryside.
